Sign Here: Direct Repair Programs Denver CO
Though many shops are hesitant to join direct-repair programs, most consumers like the convenience and don't particularly care where their car gets repaired - as long as it gets done fast. Does this consumer apathy mean shop owners should focus less energy on consumers and worry more about positioning their businesses for the future?

- "Do I choose to not market to DRPs and take the ÔOwn the Vehicle Owner' Customer Approach"?
- "Do I try to do both?"
Most shops I've become familiar with over the years have tried to do the last option, and they're constantly analyzing their DRPs' percentage to their business and worrying if they have too many eggs in one basket.
